Managing Your Trips

Whether you’re building destination guides, client proposals, or itineraries to sell — this is where you manage everything: create, edit, publish, and track. Access your trip library via Content → My Itineraries in your business dashboard.Creating a Trip
Click Create Trip to start a new itinerary. You have four ways to build:| Method | Best for |
|---|---|
| Ask the AI | Generating a complete itinerary for a destination quickly — great for destination guides |
| Start from Scratch | Full manual control over every step |
| Paste Notes | Converting rough ideas or client briefs into a structured plan |
| Generate from URL | Turning a blog post, article, or website into a real itinerary |
Trip Status
Each trip has a status that controls its visibility:| Status | Visible to |
|---|---|
| Draft | Only you and your team |
| Published | Everyone — appears in your public profile, Linktree, and Rooutie’s explore pages |
