Step 5 — Select a Subscription

Go to Business Details → Subscription and activate the plan that fits your needs. You can upgrade or change plans at any time.

Step 6 — Set Up Your Branding

Head to Business → Branding to make your profile and planner look like you:
  • Upload your logo (or generate a text-based logo if you don’t have one yet).
  • Set your brand’s primary color.
  • Add your display name and public description.
First impressions matter. Visitors who land on your planner or profile should immediately know whose brand they’re engaging with.

Fill in your Business Info (name, description, contact details) and Social Links so your profile is complete and discoverable.

Step 8 — Share and Grow

Now the fun starts. Choose how you want to reach your audience:
  • Embed the planner on your website — visitors can plan trips branded under your name, and they’re automatically added to your subscriber list.
  • Share your Linktree URL in your social media bios to drive traffic to your trips.
  • Publish trip guides and promote them on your channels.
  • Send your embeddable map code to your web team to add an interactive map to your destination pages.
Everyone who arrives through your planner or profile can subscribe to your newsletter — your audience grows automatically as people engage with your content.
