Before you can manage a business profile, you must first have a personal Rooutie account.
1. Create a Rooutie Account
If you haven’t already, sign up for a personal account on Rooutie.
2. Create a Business Profile
Once logged in, navigate to https://rooutie.com/add-business to start your business setup.
3. Select Business Type
Choose the category that best fits your needs. Each type offers specialized features:
- Creator: Best for travel bloggers and influencers.
- Advantage: Monetize your travel content, create a “Link in Bio” with your trips, and earn affiliate commissions.
- Travel Agent: Best for agencies and independent advisors.
- Advantage: Manage client proposals, track leads, and use advanced itinerary building tools.
- Accommodation: Best for hotels, hostels, and rentals.
- Advantage: Showcase your property and create local guides for your guests.
- Region: Best for tourism boards and DMOs.
- Advantage: Promote your destination with curated guides and interactive maps.
4. Legal Agreement
To finalize your account, you must agree to our:

Go to Business Details -> Subscription and select the plan you would like to activate.
6. Branding & Details
Set up your branding and business details to ensure your profile is fully customized and ready for visitors.
7. Share & Grow
Now you can copy and paste our embedded planner, Linktree, or maps onto your website, or use the version hosted on Rooutie.
All users arriving on your planner will be signed up under you and will have the option to subscribe to your newsletter.
