Getting your Rooutie Business account up and running takes less than 10 minutes. Here’s exactly what to do.Step 1 — Create a Personal Account
If you don’t already have a personal Rooutie account, create one first at rooutie.com. Your business account is connected to your personal login.Step 2 — Create a Business Profile
Navigate to rooutie.com/add-business to start your business setup.Step 3 — Choose Your Business Type

Step 4 — Agree to the Legal Terms

Head to Business → Branding to make your profile and planner look like you:- Upload your logo (or generate a text-based logo if you don’t have one yet).
- Set your brand’s primary color.
- Add your display name and public description.

Step 7 — Complete Your Business Info
Fill in your Business Info (name, description, contact details) and Social Links so your profile is complete and discoverable.Step 8 — Share and Grow
Now the fun starts. Choose how you want to reach your audience:- Embed the planner on your website — visitors can plan trips branded under your name, and they’re automatically added to your subscriber list.
- Share your Linktree URL in your social media bios to drive traffic to your trips.
- Publish trip guides and promote them on your channels.
- Send your embeddable map code to your web team to add an interactive map to your destination pages.
