User Permissions

(Available for Travel Agent and Operator accounts) When you share trips with clients or team members through your agent account, you can control exactly which features they have access to. The Permissions section lets you fine-tune the experience for your users — turning specific capabilities on or off depending on your workflow. Access via Team & Access → Permissions in your business dashboard.

Permission Modes

Feature Toggles

When Off mode is selected, you can individually enable specific capabilities:
  • Add Step — allow users to add new steps to shared trips.
  • Delete Trip — allow users to delete trips they have access to.
  • Invite People — allow users to share trips with others.
  • Search Nearby Places — enable the nearby places search in the map.
  • And more capabilities that can be toggled per your workflow needs.

Why This Matters

Different workflows call for different levels of client access:
  • Proposal review only — clients can view but not edit, protecting your carefully crafted itinerary.
  • Collaborative planning — clients can add suggestions and notes while you maintain control of the core structure.
  • Fully editable — hand off a trip to a client who wants to manage their own itinerary after booking.
Permissions give you that flexibility without needing to manage it on a trip-by-trip basis.
