Enquiries

The Enquiries section is where you manage potential new business.

Dashboard View

A visual overview of your sales pipeline.
  • Pipeline Stages: See how many leads are in each stage (e.g., New, Contacted, Proposal Sent).
  • Conversion Rate: Track how many leads turn into paying clients.

List View

A detailed list of all inquiries.
  • Source: Where the lead came from (e.g., Website Form, Referral).
  • Status: Current status of the lead.
  • Action: Click to view details or Convert to Client / Convert to Client Trip.

Converting a Lead

When a lead is ready to move forward:
  1. Open the Enquiry details.
  2. Click “Convert to Client Trip”.
  3. This creates a new trip where you can fully flesh out the itinerary based on their request.

Timeline & Communication

  • Timeline: All actions and status changes are automatically recorded in the enquiry’s timeline.
  • Forms: You can send forms directly from the enquiry view to gather more information. The user receives an email to fill it out.
