Organize clients into groups for easier management of multi-party trips.Creating a Group
- Click “Create Group”.
- Name: Give the group a name (e.g., “Smith Family Reunion”).
- Add Members: Select existing clients to add to the group.
Group Communication
- Bulk Email: Send updates or documents to all group members at once.
- Shared Itinerary: Assign a single trip to the entire group so everyone stays on the same page.
