Organize clients into groups for easier management of multi-party trips.

Creating a Group

  1. Click “Create Group”.
  2. Name: Give the group a name (e.g., “Smith Family Reunion”).
  3. Add Members: Select existing clients to add to the group.

Group Communication

  • Bulk Email: Send updates or documents to all group members at once.
  • Shared Itinerary: Assign a single trip to the entire group so everyone stays on the same page.
