- Enquiries: Send a form to a new lead to gather requirements.
- Client Trips: Send a form to a booked client (e.g., “Passport Details”).
- Proposals: Attach a form to a proposal to get feedback.
- Marketing Trips: Attach an “Enquiry Form” to your public trips so interested travelers can contact you directly.
- Direct Send: Select a template and send it via email directly from a Client Trip or Enquiry.
- Responses: When a client replies, their answers are automatically saved to their profile and the specific trip timeline.
