The Agent Dashboard is the professional workspace that sits alongside Rooutie’s standard business tools. It’s purpose-built for travel agents and operators who manage clients, proposals, enquiries, and group travel at scale. Access it by switching to your agent workspace from your business account.

What’s in the Sidebar

The agent dashboard organises your entire workflow into a clear sidebar navigation:

Home

Your at-a-glance snapshot of business activity — active proposals, new leads, upcoming trips, and quick-action shortcuts. See Home.

Enquiries

Your lead management pipeline. Two views:
  • Dashboard — visual pipeline overview with stage counts and conversion rate.
  • List — detailed list of every enquiry with source, status, and action buttons.

Client Trips

Everything related to the itineraries you build for clients:
  • Dashboard — status breakdown and revenue summary.
  • List — searchable, filterable list of all client trips.
Create proposals, track acceptance, and manage the full lifecycle from first draft to completed trip. See Client Trips.

Marketing Trips

Publicly visible trips you use for marketing — showcasing your expertise and destinations to attract new clients. Unlike client trips, these are designed for your wider audience. See Marketing Trips.

My Chats

Real-time chat assigned to you. Messages from clients related to their trips appear here, so you can respond without searching through your email.

General Chats

Unassigned conversations — enquiries and messages not yet assigned to a specific agent on your team. Take ownership of a chat from here and it moves to your My Chats view.

Clients

Your CRM — full profiles for every client including contact details, travel companions, documents, preferences, and complete trip history. See Clients.

Travel Groups

Manage group travel bookings. Organise clients into travel groups, track group-level details, and coordinate group communications. See Travel Groups.

Forms

Build and send forms for client data collection:
  • Trip preference questionnaires.
  • Passport and document collection.
  • Post-trip feedback.
Forms can be embedded on your website to capture leads automatically. See Forms.

Automation Rules

Set up rules that trigger actions automatically — follow-up emails when a proposal is sent, reminders when a departure date is approaching, notifications when a client views a proposal. See Automation.

Suppliers

Your supplier database — hotels, tour operators, restaurants, transportation providers, and any other business partners. Store commission rates, contact information, and link suppliers to specific steps in client trips. See Suppliers.

Chat Integration

The agent dashboard has a fully integrated real-time chat system (powered by Stream Chat). Every trip has a built-in chat channel — clients and agents communicate in context, right alongside the itinerary. The My Chats and General Chats views surface all active conversations across your team without needing any external messaging tool.
