# Favourites

Found a stunning 10-day Japan itinerary that you're not ready to plan yet? Heart it. Spotted a Barcelona weekend guide that would be perfect for your friend group? Save it. Your Favourites page is your personal travel inspiration library — a collection of every trip you've saved from across Rooutie.

## Saving a Trip

While browsing the Explore page or viewing any public trip:

1. Look for the **heart icon** on the trip card or in the trip header.
2. Click it — the trip is instantly added to your Favourites.

That's it. No folders, no lists, no friction.

## Using Your Favourites

* **Click any saved trip** to open the full itinerary and explore it in detail.
* **Use it as a starting point** — see something that's almost right for your plans? Duplicate it and customise it as your own.
* **Remove a trip** by clicking the heart icon again to un-save it.

Your Favourites list is private — only you can see what you've saved.

## Why Favourites Matter

Rooutie has thousands of public trip guides created by travellers, agents, and destination specialists. Favourites lets you build a curated shortlist of inspiration without it getting lost in your browsing history. When you're finally ready to plan that trip, your saved itineraries are right there waiting.
