# Analytics

Data-driven agents grow faster. Rooutie's analytics give you visibility into how your business is performing — from sales pipeline metrics to how clients engage with your proposals.

## Business Performance Metrics

From the Home dashboard and across the agent workspace, key metrics are tracked automatically:

* **Active proposals** — how many are currently out with clients.
* **Proposal conversion rate** — what percentage of sent proposals get accepted.
* **Average response time** — how quickly clients are responding.
* **Trip revenue** — total value of confirmed bookings.

## Proposal Analytics

For each client trip, you can see:

* When the proposal was sent.
* When it was opened (and how many times).
* How long it took the client to respond.
* The full timeline of every interaction.

This data helps you understand what's working in your proposal process and where to improve.

## Enquiry Pipeline Analytics

Track your lead pipeline performance:

* **Total enquiries** by time period.
* **Enquiries by source** — website form, referral, profile, etc.
* **Stage conversion rates** — how many leads move from New to Contacted to Proposal Sent to Accepted.
* **Average deal value** by source.

Knowing where your best clients come from tells you where to invest your marketing time and money.

## Client Growth

* **New clients added** over time.
* **Repeat client rate** — how many clients book more than one trip with you.
* **Client lifetime value** — total revenue from each client over their history.

## Using Analytics to Improve

The most successful agents use these numbers actively:

* **Low conversion rate on proposals?** Look at the proposals that got rejected — were they too slow to arrive? Too complex? Wrong price point?
* **Most leads from referrals?** Invest more in client relationships and testimonials.
* **Clients not opening proposals?** Your email subject lines might need work, or your timing is off.

Analytics aren't just scorekeeping. They're the signal that tells you where to focus next.
